The Market

Our menu is seasonal and always changing based on the products coming from the garden and orchard. We always have products available that have been baked in the wood fired oven. We will be offering a small selection of items from Caputo’s Market and Deli.

Cafe Mam Coffee

For over 20 years we have been serving a pour-over coffee made using Cafe Mam Coffee. Cafe Mam is Fair Trade, organic and shade-grown coffee. Café Mam coffee is grown by native Mayan farmers living in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico.

Refreshing black, green and herbal sun tea. (some of the herbal tea is grown here on the farm)
